Harry Potter Fever
If you are a Harry Potter fan like me, for sure you would want to visit London and see for yourself the locations where the movie was filmed. There were several locations in London used for the filming such as the London Zoo where Harry learns of his ability to talk to snakes, the Kings Cross Station where Harry catches the Hogwarts Express, the village of Goathland in the Yorkshire Moors which was Hogsmeade in the movie, and the Dursley's house in Martins Heron near Bracknell, Berkshire.
But if you are not a fan of Harry, it's still okay because London has a lot to offer! Being a major tourist destination, it has lots of must-see places - the Houses of Parliament, Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace and the London Eye is just a few of its many attractions. And you shouldn't worry about hotel accommodation because you can find affordable Hotels in London at cheaperthanhotels.com.
And if you still have more time to explore, why don't you visit the neighboring cities as well? You can either go to Edinburgh, Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham or Cardiff. Each of these places offer a distinct and unique experience and one that you would never ever forget for the rest of your life. I'm pretty sure you will find nice and affordable Hotels in Manchester or Hotels in Birmingham or to other cities that I mentioned that would suit your taste and budget.
