2. Open Photoshop and press "F9" (Option+F9 on Mac), or simply go to "Window > Actions" to open the Actions palette.

3. Click on the small triangle in the right upper corner or the Actions palette.

4. Select > "Load Actions" from the menu, then locate your downloaded action and press "Load" (repeat this step if loading several actions).

5. Click on the triangle next to the Action Set to expand it, then select one of the actions.

6. With the action selected within the action set click "Play" button located at the bottom of the actions palette to run the selected action.

Tips: You must have an image open and generally it must be "flat" (not layered) for the actions to work properly.

Succession Planning

Hubby's cousin is majoring in a business course and she asked me earlier if I am familiar with the term "succession planning" because their professor asked them to do a research study about it, like who started it and how is it done in big companies. Well, I am glad I was able to give her some inputs because we have discussed this in my Industrial and Organizational Psychology class way back in College. :)

And for the benefit of those people who are not familiar with this topic, succession planning is the process of identifying and preparing suitable employees through mentoring, training and job rotation, to replace key players — such as the chief executive officer (CEO) — within an organization as their terms expire.

Laundry Room Cabinets

Our laundry room isn't big so we really have to maximize the space that is why hubby is going to install some laundry room cabinets when he finds the time. I told him I want this aluminum garage cabinet I found at CarGuyGarage.com.

Apologies My Friends...

Well, Saturday's supposed to be my freebie day but I got my hands full the whole weekend so I wasn't able to create a wordart pack for you. Mojo Jojo Missing!

Nope... not that bad monkey on the Power Puff Girls cartoon series. It's my scrapping mojo jojo and it's gone again! Pheww! Sofa Shopping

Hubby and I are buying a new sofa this weekend and we decided to get a microfiber sofa for easy and cheaper maintenance. But just like Leather sofas, it also needs special cleaning products but still it's a lot cheaper. Actually, the one that we bought for my parent's home is also made of microfiber. It was highly recommended to us by my sister's Respiratory Therapist (RT) because she has asthma and the dust or lints accumulated on the Sofa can trigger her allergy. HS student. mom got paralyzed. confused whether i should quit or continue with our “Star of Montpezat” school play because of mom’s condition. davao doctor’s hospital became my 2nd home for 2 months. confused what course to take up in college. took UPCAT and passed it - mind you, i was the lone passer in my school.

- Learning and living the role of a newly married woman. Had my short stint as a call center agent.

- I’m so pinoy eh! banana (maruya, ginanggang, minatamis, etc.), hot cheesedesal, lucky me pancit canton (chili), champorado with dried fish (goodbye my head! lol!), all with COKE! :)

Lights Up!

I have always been fascinated with decorative wall and ceiling lamps and if we will start building our dream house, for sure I would be getting a few of those items to add more elegance and sophistication to my home.

For interior decorators, they divide home lighting into three categories. General, or ambient lighting which illuminates space so you can see people and objects comfortably and move about safely. For activities that are visually demanding, such as reading or preparing food, task lighting is best. Accent lighting is used for decorative purposes, usually to highlight art objects or architectural details.

I found a website called Farreys.Com which offers hundreds of thousands of lighting fixtures, lights, lamps and outdoor lighting in a wide range of styles and at the lowest prices from dozens of top manufacturers. The Venetian Macao

Exactly three months ago, me, hubby and two of my cousins flew to Hong Kong for a grand vacation and while we were there, we decided to take a side trip to Macao since it is only an hour away by ferry boat. When we got there, people can't stop raving about the grand opening of The Venetian hotel. They said it's the biggest casino/hotel/resort in Macao. So big, it can hold ninety Boeing 747 jumbo jets! Amazing! And just recently, they have opened this most exciting destination in Asia to the public. Geezz, how I wish I was one of the very first people to explore and experience the grandeur of this place. I made a promise to myself that someday soon I am going back to Macao and The Venetian will be on top of my itinerary.

I Love Fifi!

I was browsing for sexy costumes online when I found this LoveFifi website and golly, I can't help but drool over these costumes! I want 'em!!! They're so hot! I'm sure hubby would love to see me wearing these. *winks* I fancy wearing that pink maid costume. Hmmnn... wonder how hubby would react. lol!
