Is It Really Worth It?

I remember back in my College days, we had this 3-day immersion program at a small mining village in Compostela Valley. Although the mines operating on that place has long been shut down, you can still see traces of its devastating effects on the people and environment. The miners and their families could really use the help of Mesothelioma lawyers but sadly, they cannot afford it. Sure, they have benefited from the mining operations but it was short-lived and they didn't see the long term effect of their exposure to asbestos. Well, in the first place, they don't even know that it will make the sick. The lack of awareness and education has put their lives into jeopardy. It's really sad but it's too late. :(
