Sad...
I am no longer happy with my weight. It has been almost a year since I gave birth to my lil boy and yet I'm still struggling with my pregnancy weight until now. Sigh! But no one's to be blamed but me. I lack discipline. I just eat whatever I want and I have no control over my food proportion. And although we have a fitness equipment here at home, I rarely use it because I'm too lazy. Huhu! I think it's time to hire a personal fitness trainer to motivate me. What do you think?
