Doodles

We have a budding artist here at home. Not me. And not the daddy either. Who else but our adorable lil boy! Lately he has been showing interest in doodling. It all started when he found a "stray" pencil on the floor. I'm emphasizing stray because I don't leave sharp objects lying around including pens and pencils. It's not safe especially when you have kids at home. It must have rolled off the corner of my desk and fell on the floor. So anyway, armed with a pencil, my lil boy started making doodles on any paper he could get his hands on. When I saw what he was doing, I didn't stop him. I just made sure he didn't poke his eyes with the sharp tip of the pencil. But hubby suggested we buy crayons instead because they're a lot more safer. I've seen non-toxic and washable crayons at the grocers last week so I'll buy some for Jaden next time. And I know this is off topic but I also need to shop for pet beds because a friend adopted a new puppy and as a welcome gift, I am giving the lil pup a nice new comfy bed. :)
