Zit Alert

Do you know how to get rid of acne fast? I'm asking because I have a humongous zit sitting on top of my nose right now. Huhu! It got irritated when I accidentally rubbed it while I was taking a shower this morning. It's now redder and bigger than ever! Oh how I wish it will go away soon. I'm attending a party this Sunday and I don't want to go there looking like a tomato grew on my face. :(
