Lost

I think I lost my flash drive. I've been looking for it for almost an hour now but I still couldn't find it. I already asked the husband and he too has no idea where it is. I need to find it because I need to copy a few files from my PC. I just hope it's tucked somewhere safe and not in the trash just like what happened to my spare cellphone. My lil boy thought it was junk so he dumped it in the trash and I never saw it ever again.

If so, which ones and why? (Include the URLs for people who aren’t familiar with them.) It's a book written by a professor on this ad I was writing about. I was forced to listen to it. LOL!

Invest in Precious Metals

If you have the money to make an investment, then you should try looking into precious metal investing. Experts and gurus will tell you that buying and selling gold coins is the way to go especially now that the world economy is unstable. Why gold you may ask? Simply because gold as compared to other types of investment does not easily lose its value over time. History will tell you how gold remained a very important commodity not just amongst pharaohs and kings but even for the common people. So if you're planning to invest your hard-earned money, investing in gold and in other precious metals should be on top of your list. You can check out the United States Gold Bureau and discover for yourself how competitive their gold and silver prices are. And not only that, they also offer tools for new investors like you so you will know how to succeed in this business.

Family Television Night

Contribution by Elmo Farmer

There is nothing better than Family Television Night. For our family, gathering around to watch our favorite show on the tv is a great way to talk about the events of the past 7 days and relax as well. This is typically on Monday night as there is typically an old movie on direct tv premium movies channel that everybody wants to see again. It seems that there is nothing better than a familiar set of characters in a well cast film.

One of our favorites is a western called Silverado. It was written by Lawrence Kasdan and starts Kevin Kline, Scott Glenn, Danny Glover and Kevin Costner as 4 men who are forced together by circumstances and have to deal with a ruthless sheriff (Brian Dennehy) who Kline's character used to ride with. As a leader in the town as well as the saloon owner, this man has his way with most of the people and has even recruited a number of deputies who think the same way.

The ultimate showdown pits the 4 men against the sheriff and his gang in a relatively deserted town. Of course, the good guys win, with each getting a measure of revenge against an opponent who was responsible for some bad deeds in the past.

It is a good western, with most of the characters well cast for their particular film role.

Comment: InnovatechProducts.com

I agree with most of the points you said on your post. I too am very particular when I visit websites in terms of the design. I remember one time when I was searching for a site that has tile removal service for a friend’s design project and came across Innovatech Corporation. I recommended it to my friend and she said it was a great help that it sure made her job easier at that time.

As I was saying, I am very particular in the web designs whenever I visit different websites. I want it to be simple, user friendly, not too striking to the eye that sometimes irritates me especially those with so many pictures that are not really needed, and I want it also to have good navigation. And, for someone with poor eyesight like me, I want the fonts to be on its normal size so I won’t have difficulty reading them. On this website, I like it that the contact number is in color yellow versus black background that makes it very prominent and emphasized.

I do hope that web designers who would like to use Web 2.0 on their designs will consider these points in making their web designs.

Comment: InnovatechProducts.com

I like the terms "terminator" and "predator". I didn't know that they use this terminologies in the surface preparation equipment and concrete polishing industry. InnovatechProducts.com is truly innovative!

Comment: Mattresses

I so agree with you! One should take shopping for foam mattresses seriously because it's one of the biggest factors that determine a good night's sleep. And don't be a cheapskate because you'll only end up with a bad mattress.

Comment: htflags

You know what this custom flags review reminded me of my friend's house. It sort of became a landmark in their town because right in front of their humble abode are three flagpoles with flags from the following countries: US, Canada and Philippines. Her husband is from Canada, she's from the Philippines and they're living here in the US. Makes sense, right?

Featured Designer: River-Rose

You can find her kits at Funky Playground Designs. All of these for only $3.25! What a treat, right?

Comment: Versai

Hey! Thank you for sharing this review. I was looking for a wedding gift and I think these Luxury linens from Versai will make the perfect gift for the newlyweds. I'm sure they will love it!

Comment: US Engines Inc.

Our car is not brand new when we bought it so I'm already expecting that it will need engine rebuilding in a few years' time. But thanks to your review, at least now we know where to go to have it fixed. I'm pretty confident too that they can do the job well because if they can rebuild a Marine engine or import engines, then for sure they can fix anything.

Comment: CitriSafe

This blog post is really informative. I wasn't aware that molds can cause so much health trouble. Even those seeking for migraine treatment should consider checking their homes for mold infestation because who knows toxic molds might be the one causing it.

Comment: Echo Lighting Design

This is perfect! My husband and I are moving into our new home next month and we're thinking of changing some of the home lighting fixtures. The previous owners are not so particular with the quality and I believe Echo Lighting Designs can give us what we're looking for. I already checked out the website and I am so impressed!

Comment: Fremont Industrial Supply

My friend who's in the same business relies on Fremont Industrial Supply for all his industrial supply needs. Whenever his company need new Electric motors or pneumatic valves, all he needs to do is call them up and wait for his order to be shipped. It's that convenient. No wonder he has been a loyal customer for years already.

Comment: Immunolytics

Thank you so much for this information Ronita. It is indeed an eye opener. And I think every household should have mold test kits just to make sure that the family is safe from mold infestation and the health problems they bring.

Diversify Your Investments

Let's all face it, investing nowadays is one risky business. The world economy is so unpredictable and the stock market is going downhill. But if you really want to take the plunge and diversify your investments, then your best option is to invest in gold and other precious metals such as silver and platinum.

Why gold, you may ask? Well, it's because gold becomes more valuable over time and it's more stable than paper currency. For starters, you can buy gold coins such as the gold eagle - one of the world's leading gold bullion investment coins. It's the only bullion coins whose weight, content and purity are guaranteed by the United States Government. And not only that, it is also accepted in major investment markets worldwide so trading is not a problem.

Multivitamins

I tire so easily lately so I went to see our family doctor and she prescribed me some multivitamins. She said I need to take it everyday to make sure I have all the necessary nutrients my body needs. She also told me not to skip meals and not to stay up late at night because it can also be the reason why I feel tired most of the time. She also advised me to exercise daily to ensure proper circulation of blood and oxygen in my body.

Impressed!

Today, we spent the entire afternoon visiting townhomes and condo communities. We are looking for a new "home" because we have no plans of renewing our lease on our current apartment which by the way will end next month. That's why as early as now, we need to find a new home and seal the deal before the end of this month. We've been to three locations already and so far, the condos along the Veterans Memorial Highway has all the amenities we are looking for. They have a clubhouse, a swimming pool for adults and toddlers, a tennis and basketball court, a mini movie house, a business center plus a fitness gym complete with treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, steppers and climbers and a whole lot more.

Doing Home Improvements

Guest post written by Maria Polloshki

We were discussing the other night what home improvement we wanted to tackle next. Our home is older and in need of updating. There are several critical improvements we need to make right away and at this point in time, any home improvement is going to stretch the budget beyond it's capacity. We do what we can in order to keep the debt level low, but sometimes a home improvement extends beyond the reach of the bank account.

Currently, the search for a contractor to gut and remodel the basement lies on the critical list. The basement has a history of flooding with every rain which has resulted in deteriorating walls with an abundance of mold growth. We recently had the outside drainage redone which improved the flooding substantially, but there is one leg of this project left before we experience a dry basement year around.

Once the drainage is finished, we can then begin shopping for new bathroom fixtures, flooring materials, moisture-proof drywall, and a new water heater. Everything is rusting and moldy from being exposed to excess moisture for so long. We also need to look into some sears new cabinets for our kitchen. This is going to be an expensive home improvement. But as I tell my husband, we aren't getting any younger, and we won't have more energy next year than this year, so we may as well get it done now while we still can. At least we might have a few years to enjoy it when it is complete.
