Leche Flan

This yummy dessert here is one of hubby's all time favorites. I bet he can eat this everyday of his life. But if he does, he'll definitely need liporexall to keep those unwanted flabs at bay. LOL! I've tried making this dessert twice already but guess what, I also failed twice. My leche flan would always turn out a disaster. The first one tasted and looked like a steamed egg cake. The second one, well, I can't find the right words to describe it. It's simply horrible. LOL! Hopefully on my third try I am going to nail it down. I swear I'm going to follow the recipe as it should be. No more experiments and personal twists so I'll succeed this time.
