Accounting Principals

From experience, the most challenging job I have to do as HR Manager is hiring employees for certain positions. It’s not only challenging, but quite difficult. To pool candidates alone is a fairly tedious task. The foremost question I always consider is: where to look? When this is answered, I am brought a step closer to finding the “WHO”—the talent that I need to acquire for the vacant position.
